Excessively high water temperatures cause the temperature of the frozen mouse's surface to rise quickly, potentially destroying the meat's nutritious components and increasing the danger of bacterial development. During the running water thawing process, ensure that the sealed bag is properly sealed to prevent water from entering and damaging the quality of the frozen mouse meat.
